How do I withdraw the money I made on Hotplate?

On Hotplate, you can withdraw your funds at any time, and directly receive your bank account deposit within 1 business day.

There are two fees on every order, Hotplate's fee and credit card processor fees. You can choose to pay these fees yourself or pass them to your customers. Most users pass them to customers.

How does Hotplate make money?
Pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and customizable.
What we charge you

2.9% + 30¢ of every order total. This is passed on to our payment processor, Stripe.

You can choose to pass this fee onto your customers, if you'd like.

We never charge fees based on tax or tips. Here is what a typical order breakdown looks like for the average order on Hotplate:
